ESMACH HIGHSCHOOL IN POLAND!

Patryk Nowakowski always believed in Esmach, was the first to bring the Esmach Lab to Poland, more precisely to Turek, by opening his FABRICO pizzeria.

Given the enormous success achieved by his hard work and talent, and with the continuous increase in requests from interested parties in the baking sector, he decided to integrate his work as a pizza chef with that of a professional Esmach trainer, opening an Esmach High-school also in Poland: Arte Bianca lab thanks also to the support and constant collaboration of the Export manager, Mauro Colosetti.

Arte Bianca is a professional school for beginner pizza chefs and professionals in the sector.

Inside this new Lab located in Poland,

uses Esmach Technology to best carry out its training activities.

There are different types of classes  (PIZZA NAPOLETANA, ROMANA, PREFERMENTI ETC.) depending on the preparation levels of the participants.

Basic class, Advanced class, Individual class

  and in the near future will expand the training offer to include lievito madre (natural yeast)

and Gluten Free classes too.

Esmach Technology is a great helper to best manage all the bakery activities throughout the day in order to optimize time and raw materials.
